Laura offers a well-balanced relaxation massage with a variety of techniques including: free-form movements, deep stretches and tension releases. Her style is based from blended experiences with Lomi Lomi, Thai massage, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage.
In drawing from these experiences, she delivers a therapeutic touch with the intention of correcting postural deviations, as well as educating clients to provide self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain.
Through her knowledge of physiology, she aims to address the fascia, organs and nervous system and empower a holistic healing experience. The philosophy for all her work is to encourage awareness and mind-body connection in order to understand the messages the body is trying to convey.

When she is not offering massage, she is out on her surfboard cruising the waves, throwing frisbees at the disc golf course, wildcrafting, spending time with animals, and painting.
